2 tbsp Self Raising Flour
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Dairy Free milk substitute of your choice
1 tbsp Golden Syrup / Agave Syrup / Sugar
Mix all of these ingredients together in a mug, I found I needed a little bit more soy milk but that’s personal preference. **Optional** Add banana or dairy free choc chips. Place the mug in the microwave for 1 minute and voila a beautiful mugcake. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon for XTRA spice.
